Retaining walls, culverts and other structures require efficient drainage to prevent the development of hydrostatic pressure resulting in increased soil loads. Cordrain, VersiCell or InterDrain drainage can be placed directly up against the wall structures and are designed to collect moisture over the full wall height and channel the moisture out via a collector drain i.e. Megaflo, installed above the outlet level. In addition they offer a level of protection to the waterproofing membrane system during the backfilling operation.

Cordrain wall drainage can be placed directly behind the wall prior to the backfilling process. Water is intercepted over the height of the Cordrain and channelled out via a collector drain i.e. Megaflo installed at the outlet level reducing the possible need for drainage backfill.

VersiCell and VersiFlex have a high flow rate and compressive strength allowing them to be used in wall or floor applications. VersiCell and VersiFlex are made from 100% recycled polypropylene & are resistant to soil borne acids, alkalines & chemicals making it another environmentally friendly product.

Our drainage systems can be used for drainage and/or gas removal for most types of below ground structures. They are laid against below ground wall and other structures, and typically constitutes an ideal system for the continual and uniform collection of underground water and gas collection. Cordrain, Versicell, VersiFlex or Interdrain alleviate the hydrostatic pressure on the structures, thereby increasing their useful life.
