Full height concrete panels allow rapid face construction with no horizontal construction joints. Architectural external face finishes can be easily created during the casting process. Tensar uniaxial geogrids are manufactured from HDPE and have a high resistance to alkaline conditions. Tensar may be cast directly into the panel without any danger of degradation from the fresh hydrating concrete.

Once propped in position, the Tensar geogrids are fixed to the rear face by a unique mechanical connection that has been independently evaluated to confirm the full transfer of stresses accross the joint. The unsurpassed connection integrity greatly helps to ensure stability and alignment.
